Our Firm has extensive experience investigating these claims. Our lead attorney has conducted approximately 75 independent investigations and interviewed close to 1,000 witnesses over her career. We bring 15 years of experience working with survivors of sexual abuse. Through this work, we have established a niche in civil sexual-abuse litigation and developed an extensive knowledge of abuse dynamics, including child sexual abuse, sexual assault, and sexual harassment. We also understand the complex dynamics of abuse of power, spiritual abuse, emotional harm, and institutional betrayal. This understanding shapes our approach to every case and our commitment to treating survivors with dignity, compassion, and respect.
As a boutique law firm, we intentionally accept a limited number of civil litigation cases each year. Our selective caseload allows us to devote the specialized time, attention, and personalized advocacy that these deeply sensitive matters deserve.
